Kagwe Mutahi
An international development and diplomacy professional, Kagwe has spent a decade shaping the African continent’s trajectory towards peace, development, and integration. His adeptness in international diplomacy is a linchpin of his career, evident in his strategic collaborations with governments and civil society actors in the Horn of Africa. As the immediate former Head – Permanent Representative to the African Union (AU) at IGAD, Kagwe’s diplomatic finesse played a crucial role in fortifying the IGAD-African Union partnership and effectively representing IGAD in AU reform discussions.
Emmanuel Maingi
An international development and trade professional with over 15 years of experience working in government and private sector. His work spanned UK, UAE and East Africa where he collaborated with Foreign Commonwealth and Development Organisation (FCDO) offering strategic and technical advise to international companies, organisations and Kenyan government Agencies on various projects spanning security, inward investments and private equity. His diplomatic experience whilst working for the FCDO deepened development and trade ties between Kenya and the United Kingdom.
